Purpose: To keep you on track during the next three months when you tend to need accountability to your fitness routine.  The Accountability Coaching Program is designed to motivate, educate, and hold you accountable through on-going “virtual” coaching.

Who is this program right for:  Anyone that is trying to improve their health & fitness and needs additional motivation, accountability, and know-how.

You can be ANYWHERE in the country to participate in this inexpensive, great way to CONNECT with an expert coach and propel your fitness to the next level!

What you need to participate:

1. Internet access and email

2. A desire to improve your health & fitness

Highlights of the monthly coaching program include:

  • On-going weekly Motivation & Inspiration from an experience Personal Exercise Coach & Holistic Lifestyle Coach
  • 30 Day Goal Setting tools that work!
  • Recommended book reading on self-development, fitness, or nutrition
  • Workout suggestions to keep you active and moving
  • Once a month conference call meetings to go over obstacles and new 30 day goals (local participants will be invited to join in person)
  • Weekly intentions to share with your coach that will keep you on track

Your Accountability Coach will:

  • Answer your questions relating to health & fitness via email and monthly meeting
  • Provide you on-going, further accountability and motivation
  • Deliver weekly emails or to keep you on track to hold you accountable.

Your Investment:

$49.00 per month or $147.00 for all 3 months
