STABILITY BALL: A Great class that starts with your core and covers your entire body. From beginner to advanced you’ll get a great work out, and gain some great knowledge of what you can do with the ball in your everyday workouts.

WEIGHT UP!: All strength training, all the time. Challenging strength training with small Cardio bursts to strengthen and tone your whole body. This is a great class for those who are looking for a challenge. You decide how hard the class really is by choosing your weights and your intensity level. If you’re up for the challenge this is the class for you.

BODY SCULPT: A combination of cardio and strength training, targeting all major muscle groups. This class will keep your heart rate up while doing a full body strength training routine. A great class for anyone.

SPINNING: If you’re looking for a class that’ll make you sweat, this is the one! Spinning burns serious calories (about 450 in 45 minutes) and offers an awesome aerobic workout that makes your heart pump- fast! During the class you vary your pace -- sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position.  Give it a try!

ZUMBA: If you've never tried a Zumba class before, don't wait any longer! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness class.  What better way to get your workout in than to dance! Come join the party-we guarantee you'll be hooked!

HATHA YOGA: includes the basics of yoga, working with breath and physical poses.  Moving through a series of poses will allow people at any fitness or yoga level, to go deeper into the body and feel refreshed and energized by the end.

FLOW YOGA: is a powerful, yet graceful movement of the body and breath in unison. This class involves moving through a series of challenging poses and is great for athletes. Beginners also welcome.

RESTORITIVE YOGA: is a class that will relax you as you stretch through a series of poses focusing on your breath and quieting the surroundings of your day. Great for all fitness levels, beginners most welcome.

FUN-ctional FITNESS: a great class that works the entire body. Combining body weight and additional weight every part of the body gets a great workout and gets your heart rate up. Make sure you find time in your schedule to join us for this class.

PILATES: The great thing about Pilates is that just about everyone can do it. It is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. Pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do Pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.
