What is Personal Exercise Coaching (PEC)?

Personal Exercise Coaching is a highly qualified version of what you may know as Personal Training.  A Personal Exercise Coach possesses the skills and knowledge to design and implement personalized exercise programs that incorporate traditional exercise with mind-body exercises.

A key component that defines a CHEK Personal Exercise Coach is the series of assessments used to identify core and autonomic nervous system dysfunctions. A Personal Exercise Coach will accurately assess all clients, and design a scientifically sound program to acheive exceptional results.

PEC's stress excellent exercise technique and know that to produce the desired result, exercises must be performed correctly. They understand how energy-balancing exercises reduce total stress on the body and know when to use these types of exercises with different clients. PEC's provide a comfortable, effective and professional environment to accommodate your developmental needs.  Our current clients are all great friends!

Our Personal Exercise Coaches will spend a good portion of the first session discussing your goals and objectives to set a very specific intention for where you want to go and who you want to be; because if you don’t know where you want to go, you likely won’t get there!
