Personal Exercise Coach


Philosophy:

I believe that everyone needs a Personal Trainer, but not forever.  I am able to instil confidence and self-motivation in all of my clients by teaching them, as opposed to showing them.  And besides safety, efficiency is my major focus, and if I could teach you how to spend 30-45 minutes in the gym rather than 1 hour+, I’m sure you would want to take advantage of that.  There is nothing more boring or ineffective than a simple bicep curl or leg extension, and that is why I base all of my routines around functional training. By combining stabilizing exercises and interval training with good nutrition, I am able to GUARANTEE RESULTS!!!

-Sport specific high intensity athletes.

Experience and Credentials:

-CPTN Certified Personal Trainer
-Kinesiology Degree from Brock University
-Former Junior and Varsity Lacrosse Player and Coach
-Former Junior Hockey Player

Personal Interests:

The outdoors: hiking, biking, fishing, cottage country and golf.  Circuit training, cooking, volunteering, guitar, hockey, and lacrosse.

My Dream:

To do my part in turning the negative perception of exercise into just another form of daily entertainment, as fitness can and should be fun.
